A license will not be issued without the proper haptic device serial number and proper Host ID, so pay careful attention when entering your information.

The Host ID value can be found by opening your Geomagic Freeform or Geomagic Claytools software and choosing Help > About Licensing.

Freeform and Claytools Users from within the application select Help > About Licensing.
OpenHaptics for Windows Users, do the following:
From Windows, Select Start menu, choose Run.
In the Open field type "cmd" and click OK, (no quotes).
This brings up a DOS window. Make sure you are on C:\>, If not change to your local working directory, type C: and press <enter>
From the C:\> type "dir /p and press <enter>
